Do You Need to Worry?

PCI compliance has been an ongoing (if not hot) topic of conversation among our Creative Enterprises Network members for the better part of a year now.  As with most legal matters, it worries the small and home-based business owner probably more than it needs to.  Below you will find a chart that clearly states who and under what circumstances you are required to validate your compliance.  The majority of small and home-based business owners will probably not have to worry.
